binggo8 is strictly an adult gaming platform. In accordance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law, binggo8 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. The minimum age to register and use binggo8 is 21 years old.

Age verification is conducted during the registration process and as part of KYC procedures. If binggo8 discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, that account will be immediately suspended, all associated data will be deleted, and any funds held in the account will be returned to the depositing payment source after verification.
